Some of the solutions based on TCP, some on UDP. As a result of the article is easy to notice with the naked eye a significant advantage in the approach is based on UDP.

Project axxelBox


The project, implemented by the University of Anhalt, the German government (funding) and two German firms: Tixel GmbH and Axxeo GmbH.
Some create firewalls and other Protocol RWTP. The idea was to make use of the RWTP Protocol for data transfer as transparent as possible.
This project was presented twice at the CeBit 2013 and 2014 СeBit.

The Ministry of communications wants to ban phones without GLONASS
